Audit and Plant Trial Initiatives at the TS Premix Plant, Kulai were undertaken to ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements. The programme included operational audits, process validation, and coordination with relevant authorities in accordance with the Standard Specification for Road Works (Section 4: Flexible Pavement).

Commencing January 2024, the plant began supplying asphalt premix to Safwa Global Venture (M) Sdn. Bhd. Subsequent plant trials conducted in January 2025, in collaboration with technical partners, focused on evaluating asphalt mix performance, further strengthening quality control, operational reliability, and delivery capability for infrastructure projects.

Audit and Plant Trial Initiatives at the TS Premix Plant, Pagoh were carried out in conjunction with the commencement of production operations in September 2024. An operational audit was conducted in alignment with the Standard Specification for Road Works (Section 4: Flexible Pavement) to ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and production readiness.

Following the audit, supply operations commenced in October 2024, delivering asphalt premix materials to Safwa Global Venture (M) Sdn. Bhd. Collaborative plant trials with technical partners further enhanced production workflows, material consistency, and quality improvement initiatives, reinforcing operational reliability and continuous improvement across premix operations.

JCB Pothole Pro is a specialised road repair solution owned by Tambak Sari Hardware Sdn. Bhd., designed to deliver efficient and high-quality pothole repair works.

The equipment is operated in collaboration with Safwa Global Venture (M) Sdn. Bhd. to support routine and emergency maintenance works along PBT and village roads across Johor.

This deployment enhances operational efficiency, reduces repair turnaround time, and strengthens the Group’s capability in delivering reliable road maintenance services.

The Thermoplastic Road Marking Plant is a strategic development initiative by Tambak Sari Hardware Sdn. Bhd. aimed at strengthening in-house production capability for road marking materials.

Located in Pagoh, Johor, the facility is designed to produce high-quality thermoplastic materials to support road marking and traffic management projects.

This initiative enhances self-sufficiency, improves quality consistency, and reinforces the Group’s long-term role in Malaysia’s road infrastructure ecosystem.
